About Us

On the JMC property we have:

*  A renovated house with an all-purpose room (with kitchen), living room, bathroom with shower, laundry facilities, and covered deck.

*  A school-grade playground

*  A basketball pad with a professional grade adjustable hoop

*  A Community Garden

*  And, Pamela's Place, a non-electronic game garage with air hockey, ping pong, foosball, a small trampoline, board games, etc

The garden, basketball pad, and the playground are open 24/7 for people in the community who want to come enjoy them. We also have a full calendar of programs at the ministry center, keeping it open nearly every day of the week. See our weekly calendar page.

In addition to the weekly activities, JMC offers additional programs throughout the year. See the History and Photos page and the Upcoming Events page to learn about these.

Just as larger cities usually have an "inner-city," small towns often have an "inner-town." These neighborhoods are where many under-resourced families live. Often, there is a cultural divide that can isolate families from the middle-class main-stream and exacerbate the challenges related to the poverty they live in.

Jubilee Inner-Town Ministries is a Wyoming non-profit 501c3 ministry formed for the purpose of sharing Christ's love and Gospel in trailer parks, apartment complexes, and neighborhoods where under-resourced children, youth, adults, and families live. Our goal is to help bridge the gap between under-resourced families and the local church.

Jubilee was founded in 2009, and in 2010 we renovated a small mobile home in Juby's Trailer Park in Cody. That trailer functioned as our primary base for ministry for six years. It got a bit crowded at times!

In 2013, God provided a small house on a lot right across the alley from our trailer. Jubilee was able to purchase it free and clear! It is not part of Juby's, but is surrounded by the trailer park on three sides. With the help of many supporters and volunteers, that property has been renovated and has served as The Jubilee Ministry Center, or "JMC", since 2016.
